Pyromaniac Yami sketch - 7/27/15

Ah... My example of BBQshipping. (And my first ship ever. Ha! Of course, I never use people, it seems. XD) I had way too much fun with this. XD This is the first time I tried drawing Yami this way. Inspired by squigglydigg’s style, as I love that look and it’s much more fun/freeing for expressions, I found. (You'll have to really dig to find her Yu-Gi-Oh! art. Use her drawing tag. Her art is amazing!) I also thought the style looked perfect for crazy, penalty game, happy Yami.

Anyway, me and noenee noticed that Yami seems to like to burn things in the manga and other media. And she lovingly dubbed it “BBQshipping.” No. You do not understand how canon this is!
1) Yami sets an escaped convict on fire.
2) Exploded someone during an "ice, air hockey" game involving a test tube filled with volatile liquid that exploded once it touched the hot grill.
3) Once set a maze of fire on a group of bullies and laughed as they tried to escape, calling out to them saying, "Ha Ha Ha Ha! That's it, run! Run to the end of the maze! Don't worry... If you get out of the maze, your lives will be spared..."
4) And in the "capsule monsters" tv special, Yami burned a forest of monsters and is seen grinning as he watches them burn to death.
5) Finally, there, apparently, is a game where he states, "Interesting... We can attack them with fire." There is a lot if evidence that Yami likes burning things, especially early on before he mellowed out. (But, two of the examples are of "mellow" Yami.)

Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did. I had a blast drawing his facial expressions, and even getting his body involved. Maybe I should do a simple coloring of this... I want this to become a recognized shipping in the fandom. Just imagine all the amazing art that would come of it. XD
