FINALLY DID ONE OF MY OCS!! :squee:

This is part of the "Luca is Cold" icon series. (Only the simple blinking icons are small enough for use. It sucks...) Anyway, I know it's late in the season, but who cares! :dummy:

 Luca hates being cold, or wet, or wearing pants. The hardest and most creative part of him is his hair. I'm very proud with how this came out. :D
