Luca Is Cold - Grumpy Blink

FINALLY DID ONE OF MY OCS!!

This is part of the "Luca is Cold" icon series. (Only the simple blinking icons are small enough for use. It sucks...) Anyway, I know it's late in the season, but who cares!

 Luca hates being cold, or wet, or wearing pants. The hardest and most creative part of him is his hair. I'm very proud with how this came out.
